Patrick A. Moore has addressed the Annual Congress of the International Council on MotorSports Sciences (ICMS) on the effects of NFPA-610 on MotorSports Safety. Moore has spoke at the S.A.E. MotorSports Conference In Detroit, Michigan, and ICMS in Las Vegas, and ICMS-FIA World Congress in Miami, Florida, and the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC) in Indianapolis, Indiana, as well as F.I.R.E.S., The New York State Fire Chiefs Conference in Syracuse, New York along with the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council Conference.

Patrick A. Moore spent over 10 years as the Director of MotorSports Safety Programs for Holmatro, Inc. Holmatro is one of the world's largest manufacturer of hydraulic life saving equipment. The Holmatro MotorSports Safety Programs were initiated by Moore in 1990.
The start of the 21st century marked Holmatro's 10th anniversary with the CART Safety Team. In addition, Holmatro Rescue Tools were also used by the Indy Safety Team for the INDY 500, US Formula One Grand Prix, IROC at INDY, and NASCAR's Brickyard 400. While Moore was the Director of MotorSports Safety Programs, Holmatro served as a sponsor for the American Racing Series (Indy Lights), Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART), Toyota Atlantic Series and the Indy Racing League (IRL).
Holmatro Rescue Tools are an integral part of the at-track safety facilities of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Chicago Motor Speedway, Dover Downs Raceway, Firebird International Raceway, Homestead Miami Speedway, Nashville Speedway, Portland International Speedway, Roebling Road, Texas Motor Speedway, Emerson Fittipaldi Speedway (Brazil), Twin Ring (Motegi, Japan), IndyCarnival (Surfer's Paradise, Australia) and the Eurospeedway of Germany. In addition, Holmatro provides support to the world-famous Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, and SCCA events in Arizona, Georgia and Oregon.
