PATRICK MOORE
Founder (1994) & President of RaceResQ, Inc., (incorporated-1999) has been making MotorSports Safer for 15 years. Moore is a board certified instructor who has been part of Fire - Rescue - Medical training in more than 24 states and 4 countries during the past 25 years. Patrick has worked with Tracks, Equipment Suppliers and MotorSports Safety Teams in F1, CART, IRL, NASCAR, NHRA and SCCA. RaceResQ, Inc. offers various Consulting Services for Making MotorSports Safer. These services include: PLANNING (Risk Assessment, Management Services, Staffing, Racing Operations Development, Emergency Actions), TRAINING (Firefighting, Extrication, Emergency Medical Services, Personnel Protective Equipment, Response Equipment, Clean-Up & Recovery), and MARKETING (Public Relations, Sponsorships, Product Placements, Supplier Agreements, Product Development, Strategic Alliances, Field Testing).
Moore is a third generation Public Safety Professional serving, since 1978, as a firefighter and medic. Patrick is a National Professional Board of Qualifications, Certified Fire and Rescue Instructor, serving as Adjunct Staff at the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy. Moore has been instrumental in the development of the commonwealth’s first Rapid Intervention Team programs, and also its Trench Management programs, he is a graduate of the academy’s 200-hour Fireground Tactical Officers program. Patrick has been certified, by the National Registry of EMT's and the Pennsylvania Department of Health as a Emergency Medical Technician, Basic Vehicle Rescue Technician, Special Vehicle Operations Technician. Moore is the Training Task Force Chair of NFPA-610 "Guide for Emergency & Safety Operations at Motorsports Venues" of the National Fire Protection Association's Technical Standards Committee. Patrick is a member of the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council, Rescue Task Force. He also served as an on-track firefighter with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Fire Department, and is a member of the International Council on Motorsports Sciences (ICMS). For over 10 years (1990-2000), Patrick served as the Director of Motorsports Safety Programs for Holmatro, Inc., one of the world's largest manufacturer of rescue equipment, also serving a the Manager of Business Development his last 3 years.
Moore has authored works published in National Fire & Rescue, RESCUE, JEMS, Firehouse, and Fire Rescue Magazine. Patrick is an energetic public speaker who has worked for RPM Tours. Moore has been invited to speak for both the International Council on Motorsports Science (2000, 2002 & 2003) and Fire Department Instructors Conference (1991, & 2001), and is a past winner of the ISFSI-FDIC “Instructor Talent of the Future” award (1991). In previous years, he has addressed the Ambulance Association of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Dept. of Health/Division of EMS along with the New York State Fire Chiefs Association F.I.R.E.S. conference and the Society of Automotive Engineers Motorsports 2004 Conference in Detroit, MI. Moore has also provided specialized public speaking services (instruction and entertainment) at motor sports events for some of the world's largest companies.

DAN JONES
Dan Jones entered the fire service in 1974 and served in a number of positions including Firefighter, Paramedic, Company Officer, Training Officer, EMS Chief, Deputy Chief and currently Fire Chief. Jones served for over 16 years in the Pinellas Park, Florida Fire Department before relocating to Chapel Hill in 1990 to become Fire Chief. Chief Jones has served on a variety of committees, councils and boards at the local, state and national levels. Jones is the current Editor-in-Chief of National Fire & Rescue Magazine, which boasts a nationwide circulation over 35,000.
He is the Past-President for the International Society of Fire Service Instructors. He served on the FEMA/USFA Federal Blue Ribbon Agency Review Panel in 1998 and serves as Chairman for the new NFPA Standards Committee #610 on Motorsports Venue Safety. Worked fire rescue at North Carolina Speedway for 13 years and served as On-Track Safety Team Leader. Currently serves on extrication team for Dover Downs Speedway. Also experienced as a spotter for Sportsman Weekly Series team.
He is a past member of the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications Committee and served on the NFPA Standards 1401, Instructor Committee. He was the Florida Fire Instructor of the Year in 1981 and the American Fire Sprinkler Association named him Fire Service Person of the Year in 1997. In 2000 he was awarded the International Fire Chiefs Association President's Award. He is a Knight member of the Order of Life Safety Servants.
Chief Jones has written numerous articles for trade journals and is co-author of the fire service textbook "Managing People." He is a frequent emergency services conference speaker and is recognized throughout the fire service as an authority in the field of leadership and management. He is a regular guest lecturer at the University of North Carolina and has taught in twenty-six states, Canada and Scotland.
Chief Jones attended St. Petersburg Junior College, Alamance Community College, the National Fire Academy, and the Institute of Government at the University of North Carolina. Jones has held up to ten emergency services technical certifications.

JOHN OATES
John has been in the fire service for 20 years and currently serves as Battalion Chief for the West Hartford, Connecticut Fire Department, a mid-sized career fire department providing fire, EMS, hazmat, and rescue service to a community of 65,000 residents. He is certified as a Fire Marshal and served in that capacity for the Town of Granby, CT for 13 years. He has been a member of several volunteer fire and EMS organizations. He is an NPQB certified Instructor and works as adjunct instructor for the Connecticut Fire Academy where he is involved in curriculum development for officer programs. He has lectured at the FDIC as well at as many regional fire schools throughout New England.
He was a Technical Editor for Trackside Magazine, from 1995 until 2000, and focused primarily on driver safety as well as competition topics. He is a crew member and financial supporter with Burley Motorsports and driver Todd Burley. Todd currently races at Ransomville and Utica-Rome Speedways, in the DIRT 358 modified series, in addition to a tour-type modified on asphalt.
John is also a member of the National Fire Protection Association Technical Committee for Safety at Motorsports Venues. In that capacity he is the Chair of the Protective Clothing Task Group responsible for researching and coordinating protective clothing needs for the motorsports safety worker.
He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Accounting from Franklin Pierce College and numerous technical certifications. He is a second year student in the National Fire Academy's Executive Fire Officer Program.
